Hope Cramer PT, DPT, CSCSPhysical Therapist, Associate Director
Hope is originally from Cheney, Kansas. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Washburn University in 2010 where she played collegiate basketball. Hope received her clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Rockhurst University in 2014. Hope is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Kansas Physical Therapy Association serving on the membership committee and is a Kansas Delegate. Hope is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is working towards completing her Manual Therapy Certification with the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. Hope enjoys the challenge that comes with helping patients achieve success and the commitment that it takes to work towards those goals.
Jacob Vandervoort PT, DPTPhysical Therapist
A native of Salina, Kansas, Jacob received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Kansas State University in the Spring of 2016. He continued his education at the University of Kansas Medical Center and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the Spring of 2019. Jacob has experience in post-operative rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, neuro trauma rehabilitation, and geriatric care. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Kansas Physical Therapy Association. He has plans to continue his education by specializing in orthopedic manual therapy techniques as well as sports and running injuries. In his free time, Jacob enjoys running, golfing, fishing, attending K-State games, and spending time with family and friends.
