Kaitlyn Shoemaker

Kaitlyn is originally from Silver Lake, Kansas. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Saint Mary in 2020, where she also competed in collegiate cross country and track. After graduation, she worked in a psychiatric setting, where she developed strong interpersonal and communication skills- an experience that continues to shape her patient-centered approach. She later returned to school and completed her Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree at Washburn University in 2025. Kaitlyn is passionate about serving the general outpatient community and helping patients achieve their goals. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time outdoors, weightlifting, and participating in a Bible study at the gym she attends.
